What is ISC? ISC (Information Systems & Computing) operates PennNet, the University's data network. College House Computing is the LSP (Local Service Provider) for Students in the College Houses. Your ITA provides computing support in your College House and works with College House Computing staff and ISC to resolve PennNet problems.
